摘 要:以烟台蓬莱的蛇龙珠为试验材料,研究叶片反卷变红对果实品质的影响,同时利用小核糖核酸(sRNA)测序鉴定卷叶病毒病原种类。结果表明,叶片反卷变红症状的蛇龙珠成熟果实中还原糖、总酚和花色苷含量显著减少,含酸量增加。通过sRNA测序鉴定出叶片反卷的蛇龙珠携带有7种已知病毒和4种类病毒,比起常规反转录-聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR),其检测结果更精确,不仅确定了病毒种类,还确定了类病毒种类,以及未知的病毒。Using the Cabernet Gernischet in Yantai Penglai area as the test material,the effect of leaf backscrolling and redness on fruit quality was investigated,and viral pathogens of grapevine leaf-roll disease was identified by small ribonucleic acid sequencing.The results showed that the content of reducing sugar,total phenol and anthocyanin significantly decreased,and the acid content increased in the mature fruit of the Cabernet Gernischet with the symptoms of leaf backscrolling and redness.Through small RNA sequencing,7 known viruses and 4 types of virus-like were identified,compared with conventional reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR),the detection results were more accurate,not only determining the type of virus,but also the type of virus-like and unknown viruses.
