摘 要:依据我国近岸4个代表性站点的潮汐表逐时数据,分别选取所有高潮(方法1)和每日一个高潮(方法2)计算不同保证率的乘潮水位,分析两种方法对工程的影响。结果表明:方法2使乘潮水位抬高,节省工程费用,但可缩短高潮时的通航窗口期,增加船舶候潮时间,给项目运营带来不便。这种影响对正规半日潮不明显,对其余潮型明显,其中对不正规全日潮影响最大。在不正规半日潮和日潮港区的工程应用中,可根据工程投资和来船频率,对两种方法充分论证后,综合选取合适的乘潮水位,既能满足工程应用又能节省工程费用。Based on the hourly data of 4 representative stations on the Chinese coastal areas from tidal table,all high tides(method 1)and one higher tide per day(method 2)are selected to calculate the tide riding water levels of different assurance rates,and the influence of the two methods on the engineering application is analyzed.The results show that method 2 can raise the tide riding water level and save the project cost,but it can shorten the navigation window period and increase the waiting time of ships,bringing inconvenience to the project running and operation.This influence is not obvious to the regular semidiurnal tide,but very obvious to the other tide types,especially to the irregular diurnal tide.For the engineering application of the irregular semidiurnal tide and the diurnal tide port area,the appropriate tide level can be selected comprehensively after detail analyses of the two methods combining with the engineering investment and the ship arrival frequency,which can not only meet the engineering application but also save the project cost.
