摘  要:高职院校混合所有制办学是指通过国有资本、集体资本和非公有资本等两个或两个以上的投资主体共同出资,以产权合作或者资金要素的投入进行联合办学,在运作过程中,按照新模式和新机制进行交叉持股与相互融合,具有多元产权结构特征的新型职业教育办学模式。办学过程中,国有资本的参与、产业资本的融入和股份制改革是混合所有制高职院校的内涵特征,产权结构多元化、办学性质复杂化、治理结构多样化、运行机制灵活化以及利益分配市场化也是其重要特点。It is obvious that the mixed ownership system of vocational colleges refers to a new type of vocational education with the features of multiple property rights structure,which is jointly funded by two or more investors,such as state-owned capital,collective capital and non-public capital.During the process of operation,cross shareholding and mutual integration are carried out according to the new model and mechanism pattern.The participation of state-owned capital,integration of industrial capital and reform of joint-stock system are the connotative characteristics of mixed ownershipvocational colleges.Meanwhile,diversification of property right structure,the complexity of college running nature,diversification of governance structure,flexible activation of operation mechanism and marketization of benefit distribution are also its important features.
