摘　　要：工匠精神和现代学徒制是新技术革命技术技能人才重要素养和培育手段。结合新技术革命技术技能需求和我国产业特点,论文提出两种现代学徒制模式,一种是基于行业企业的“企业岗位”式现代学徒制;一种是基于“科研过程和成果”的“虚拟岗位”式现代学徒制。论文分析供配电技术技能人才在新技术革命中的重要地位,基于“虚拟岗位”式现代学徒制的教育模式,给出供配电技术技能人才培育的《工厂供电》课程教学方案设计。Craftsman spirit and modern apprenticeship are the critical quality and cultivation means of technical skill talents in new technology revolution.Combining with the technical skill requirement and the industrial characteristics in new technology revolution in our country,two kinds of modern apprenticeship are proposed:one is the"enterprise post"modern apprenticeship from industrial enterprises;the other is the"scientific research process and achievements"based"virtual post"apprenticeship.Then,it is analyzed for the important position of power supply and distribution technical talents in the new technology revolution,and based on"virtual post"modern apprenticeship,the teaching plan design of"factory power supply"course of power supply and distribution technical talents cultivation is proposed.
