警察培训成果转化问题探析

摘　　要：培训是提升公安民警素质和能力、加强公安队伍正规化建设的重要手段,培训的目的是使受训民警将培训所学应用到工作中去,提高工作绩效。因此,能否有效地实现培训成果转化将决定培训目标的实现。针对普遍存在的忽视培训成果转化问题,从梳理警察培训成果转化流程和构建干预概念框架入手,分析影响培训成果转化的因素和障碍,并提出相应的干预措施,对公安机关开展人力资源培训与开发工作具有一定的参考价值。Training is an important means to improve the quality and ability of public security police and strengthen the regularization of the public security team.The purpose of training is to enable the trained police to apply what they have learned to their work and improve their work performance.Therefore,whether the transformation of training results can be effectively realized will determine the realization of training objectives.In response to the widespread ignorance of the transformation of training results,it has a certain reference value for conducting human resource training and development for public security agencies to start from sorting out the transformation process of police training results and constructing a conceptual framework of intervention,to analyze the factors and obstacles that affect the transformation of training results and propose corresponding intervention measures.
