摘 要:"人才资源是第一资源。"在高等教育中,教师是核心资源。教师队伍建设是民办高校提升整体水平的重要支撑,而有效的激励机制保障是稳定民办高校教师队伍、促进民办高校健康持续发展的重要措施之一。文章主要对激励机制保障措施的外部因素和内部因素进行分析,从政府的政策保障、学校管理层的保障和教师激励机制的制度保障三方面提出激励机制保障措施的构建策略。"Human resource is the first resource".In higher education,teachers are the core resource.The construction of the teaching staff is an important support for private colleges and universities to improve the overall level,and the effective incentive mechanism guarantee is one of the important measures to stabilize the teaching staff of private colleges and universities and promote the healthy and sustainable development of private colleges and universities.This paper mainly analyzes the external factors and internal factors of safeguard measures,and proposes the construction of guarantee measures for the incentive mechanism from three aspects:government policy guarantee,school management guarantee and teacher incentive mechanism guarantee.
