摘  要:针对单级橡胶曲轴扭振减振器常见的承载式和非承载式两种结构以及共振式和最佳参数两种设计方式进行研究,通过曲轴系集总参数模型的理论计算初步对比了减振器不同结构和设计参数时的频响曲线,并应用结合有限元法(FEM)的多体动力学仿真模型进一步探究,最终进行实验验证。结果表明,理论模型、动力学模型和实验结果具有较好的一致性,采用共振式设计时非承载式减振器的减振效果比承载式更好,最佳参数设计时两种结构减振效果相差不大,同时,相同结构时采用最佳参数设计比共振式设计整体减振效果更好。The torsional vibration dampers(TVD)were studied to investigate the damping effect of bearing and non-bearing structures as well as resonance design and optimum parameters design.The frequency-response curves of TVD designed in different structures and parameters were compared by theoretical calculations applied crankshaft system lumped parameters model.And further exploration was conducted using multi-body dynamic simulation models combined with finite element method(FEM).Finally,experimental verification was conducted.The results showed that theoretical calculation results kept a high consistency with dynamic simulation results and experiment results.When applying resonance design,the damping effect of non-bearing TVD performs better than bearing TVD.And the damping effect of two structures TVD was similar when applying optimum design parameters.The TVD applying optimum parameters performed better than resonance design when using same structure form.
