摘 要:采用GC-MS法鉴定了草甸还阳参(Crepis pratensis)和叶状柄垂头菊(Cremanthodium phyllodineum)超临界流体萃取物的化学成分,并测定了2种超临界流体萃取物对14种常用致病菌的抑菌活性.结果表明,从草甸还阳参中鉴定出28种化学成分,叶状柄垂头菊鉴定出45种化学成分,且草甸还阳参超临界流体萃取物对铜绿假单胞菌的抗性较强,叶状柄垂头菊超临界流体萃取物对金黄色葡萄球菌的抗性较强.In the present study,we reported on the chemical constituents of the supercritical fluid extracts of chemical composition and antimicrobial activity of the extract composition from Crepis pratensis Shih and Cremanthodium phyllodineum by GC-MS method.The antimicrobial activity of 2 extracts were evaluated against 14 species of microbial strains.The results showed that 28 and 45 volatile components were identified from Crepis pratensis Shih and Cremanthodium phyllodineum.The extract of Crepis pratensis was more resistant to Pseudomonas aeruginosa,and the extract of Cremanthodium phyllodineum was more resistant to Staphylococcus aureus.
