摘　　要：机电一体化技术专业团队以2017年入选北京市职业院校教师素质提升计划“专业创新团队”建设项目为契机,在建设实践中坚持党建引领、双元育人、三位一体和研究推动,注重制度建设、融合发展和改革创新,在专业发展、团队建设、校企合作、课程改革、科研与技术服务以及人才培养质量提升等方面初步取得一定成效,具有一定示范性,形成了实践案例。In 2017,the professional team of Mechatronics technology was selected as the"professional innovation team"in the teacher quality improvement plan of Beijing vocational colleges,and the professional team takes this as an opportunity for development.The professional team not only uphold the leadership of the Chinese Communist Party,dual education,trinity and research promotion,but also focuses on system construction,integrated development and reform and innovation.Therefore,certain result has been achieved in professional construction,team building,school-enterprise cooperation,curriculum reform and construction,scientific research and technical services,and talent training quality improvement,which has certain demonstrations,formed the practice case.
