摘 要:职业教育的交流与合作在粤港澳大湾区的发展中起着不可忽视的作用。香港职业教育与劳动力市场紧密相连,与业界紧密合作,有其独特的教与学模式。香港职业教育借鉴了国外先进的职业教育理念,通过本土化形成了具有区域特色的职业教育体系。香港职业教育随着产业的发展而调整,重新对职业教育进行定位,形成了独具特色的3A发展模式,对粤港澳大湾区职业教育发展过程中的战略定位以及需要注意的关键问题有一定的借鉴意义。The exchanges and cooperation of vocational education play an important role in the development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.Hong Kong’s vocational education is closely connected with the labor market and the industry,which has its own unique teaching and learning model.Hong Kong’s vocational education draws on the advanced concepts of vocational education from foreign countries and forms a vocational education system with regional characteristics through localization.Hong Kong’s vocational education has been adjusted with the development of the industry,repositioned and formed a unique 3A development model,which has certain reference significance for the strategic positioning and key issues in the development of vocational education in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
