摘　　要：习近平新时代中国特色社会主义背景下,培养"社会主义接班人"的新要求对高职院校教育提出了新的希望。高职院校辅导员面临着新的任务,必须要认清现状,抢抓"新时代"背景下新的发展机遇,以问题为导向,分类施策,创造性地提出新对策、新办法。Under the background of socialism with Chinese characteristics in xi jinping’s new era, the new requirement of training "socialist successors" has put forward new hope for higher vocational college education. The counselors in higher vocational colleges are faced with new tasks, so they must have a clear understanding of the current situation, grasp the new development opportunities under the background of "new era", take the problem as the guide, make classified measures, and creatively put forward new countermeasures and methods.
