摘　　要：目前各高校由于受传统教学模式的影响,法学实践教学的开展存在着许多困境,直接影响着法学人才培养的质量。各高校应强化法学实践教学在法学教学中的地位、加强软硬件的建设、配足配强师资队伍和健全评价机制。At present, due to the influence of traditional teaching models, colleges and universities have many difficulties in the implementation of legal practice teaching, which directly affects the quality of legal training. Colleges and universities should strengthen the status of legal practice teaching in legal teaching, strengthen the construction of software and hardware, match the team of qualified teachers and improve the evaluation mechanism.
