校企深度合作下的数字媒体艺术设计人才培养实践研究

摘　　要：随着移动互联网+、短视频、直播、抖音等新媒体的发展,全媒体时代已然到来,数字媒体艺术设计专业改革势在必行。苏州经贸职业技术学院根据《国家职业教育改革实施方案》全面推动校企深度合作,围绕专业设置随动区域产业,人才培养随动智慧企业,课程设置随动岗位需求,学校与苏州方向传媒股份有限公司共建企业学院,共同制定人才培养方案、课程标准,校企共同培养数字媒体艺术设计高技能人才,形成了“2+1”学制培养、“1+2”第一课堂和第二课堂打通、“2+2”现代学徒制相结合的校企双元共同育人的人才培养模式。With the development of new media such as mobile Internet+,short video,live broadcast and Douyin,the allmedia era has come,and the reform of digital media art design major is imperative.Suzhou economic and trade professional technology institute according to the national vocational education reform plan"comprehensively promote in-depth cooperation between colleges and around major setting follow-up regional industry,the talent training follow-up wisdom,curriculum servo position requirements,schools and media co.,LTD.Suzhou direction to build business school,to work out the talent training scheme,curriculum standards,the common culture between colleges digital media art design of skilled talents,formed the system of"2+1","1+2"first class and second class get through,"2+2"the combination of modern apprenticeship the dual common education personnel training mode.
