According to the analysis of 497 questionnaires,22%of teenagers seldom use or do not use libraries, reference books and official publications. The results of independent t-test and Pearson correlation analysis show that there is no regional difference in the frequency of using library, access to information, information processing and screening ability.Boys use the library more frequently, and the information processing ability is significantly better than girls. The Pearson correlation coefficients between"education help"and the frequency, access to information and information processing ability of teenagers are 0.555,0.427 and 0.340,respectively,which shows that there is a medium degree of positive correlation between"service and condition"of the library and the frequency, access to information, information processing ability and information screening ability of teenagers Pearson's correlation coefficients were 0.161,0.135,0.206 and 0.114 respectively, indicating that there was a very weak positive correlation.
