摘　　要：依据2018年全国高等教育满意度调研数据,利用AMOS软件进行结构方程建模,通过路径分析计算教育质量满意度各指标重要度,与满意度进行对比,挖掘影响学校教育质量满意度的重要因素,诊断学校在教学质量提升过程中存在的问题,结合学校实际提出改进措施,保证学校人才培养质量的持续改进和提高,提升利益相关方对人才培养工作的满意度。Relying on the survey data of 2018 national higher education satisfaction survey,using Amos software to build structural equation model,calculating the importance of each index of education quality satisfaction through path analysis,and comparing with satisfaction,the paper mines the important factors that affect the education quality satisfaction of the school,and diagnoses the prob⁃lems existing in the process of improving the teaching quality of the school.In combination with the actual situation of the school,the paper puts forward improvement measures to ensure the continuous improvement and promotion of the quality of school talents training,and improve the satisfaction of stakeholders with the talents training work.
