摘　　要：在系统调查和梳理甘肃省高校现有英语相关翻译人才培养模式的基础之上,分析甘肃省高校现有翻译人才培养的基本特点,探讨“一带一路”背景下,符合甘肃经济文化发展需要的职业型翻译人才培养体系,探索甘肃省高校翻译教师发展的新模式,在一定程度上填补了甘肃省具有地方特色的高校翻译人才培养模式研究领域的空白,为甘肃省高校翻译教师的发展提供有效的建议。On the basis of systematic investigation and combing the existing training models of foreign language translation talents in universities in Gansu Province,this study analyzes the basic characteristics of the existing training,discusses the professional training system of translation talents that meets the needs of Gansu’s economic and cultural development under the background of the Belt and Road Initiative,and explores new development models of translation teachers in universities in Gansu Province,which fills the gap in the related research field and provides effective suggestions for the development of translation teachers in universities in Gansu Province.
