摘 要:土壤微生物群落对生物地球化学循环和植物生长起着重要作用.而植物碳输入也是影响土壤微生物生长和组成的重要因素.针对不同的碳输入方式(去除根和凋落物),总结了不同地区添加和去除植物残体(根和凋落物)对土壤微生物和土壤有机碳的影响,并分析了可能的潜在机制,并对今后碳输入方式对土壤微生物影响的研究方法进行了展望,为林下植被的科学管理提供理论依据.Soil microbial communities play an important role in biogeochemical cycles and plant growth. Plant carbon input is also an important factor affecting soil microbial composition. Focusing on different carbon input treatment(removal of roots and litter), the effects of detritus input and removal(root and litter) treatment on soil microbial composition and soil organic carbon in different regions are mainly summarized, and its potential mechanism is analyzed. The summary results show that in high-temperature and high-humidity areas(tropical rain forests), detritus input and removal of litter, the reduction of soil organic carbon content and the change of soil microbial structure;the removal of roots change the structure of soil microorganisms, and the carbon input of plant roots has a stronger control effect on the concentration of soil carbon and soil microbial community structure than aboveground litter. On the basis, the future research methods of high impact of carbon input on soil microorganisms were prospected, which provided a theoretical basis for the scientific management of understory vegetation.
