虾青素药理学作用及其在眼科疾病治疗中的应用

摘　　要：虾青素是一种天然存在于细菌、藻类、酵母、植物、甲壳类动物和鲑鱼等生物中的类胡萝卜素色素,天然安全,无毒副作用,具有较强的抗氧化、抗炎和抗凋亡等药理学活性。越来越多的证据表明,虾青素在预防和治疗视网膜疾病、眼表疾病、葡萄膜炎、白内障和视疲劳等眼部疾病方面具有潜在的应用效果。本文针对虾青素的药理学作用和在眼科疾病治疗中的临床应用进行了综述。Astaxanthin is a kind of carotenoid pigment,naturally existing in bacteria,algae,yeast,plants,crustaceans and salmon.It is natural and safe,and has strong pharmacological activities such as antioxidant,anti-inflammatory and antiapoptotic.More and more evidences show that astaxanthin has potential application effect in the prevention and treatment of ocular diseases such as retinal diseases,uveitis,cataract,and asthenopia.This paper reviews the pharmacological effects of astaxanthin and its clinical application in the treatment of ocular diseases.
