集群企业数字知识共享及利益分配机制研究

摘　　要：结合企业数字化转型中知识共享特点,提出“数字知识”概念,从集群理性出发,考虑知识溢出、知识创造努力等因素,引入体现知识质量的价值系数变量,构建数字化转型背景下集群企业知识共享模式,并建立基于Shapley值方法的利益分配机制。设计龙头企业带动知识共享与中小企业之间知识共享两类模式,分别考虑知识共享意愿和知识质量的9种场景并仿真,为集群企业知识共享决策提供支撑。结果表明,集群企业开展知识共享时,知识质量和共享意愿与产业集群整体绩效正相关,其中共享意愿是关键因素;具有较高的知识共享意愿可以弥补知识质量低的缺陷;龙头企业应率先加大知识投入提高数字知识质量,带动知识质量较低的中小企业提高知识共享意愿,实现更高的集群整体收益。Considering the characteristics of knowledge sharing in enterprise digital transformation,the concept of“digital knowledge”is proposed in this paper,and based on collective rationality,a knowledge sharing model of cluster enterprises is formulated under the background of digital transformation and a Shapley value-based profit distribution mechanism.The model takes into account knowledge spillovers,knowledge creation efforts and other factors and introduces value coefficient variables that reflect the quality of knowledge,and is analyzed with nine scenarios under two modes of knowledge sharing one is between leading enterprise and SME and the other is between SMEs order to provide support for cluster enterprise knowledge sharing decisions.The results show that:Firstly,when cluster enterprises share knowledge,the quality of knowledge and willingness to share are positively correlated with the overall performance of the cluster,in which the latter is more important;secondly,strong willingness can make up for the shortcomings of low quality;and,finally.leading enterprise should take the lead in investment of knowledge and improving the quality of digital knowledge,driving SMEs with lower knowledge quality to increase their willingness to share knowledge,and then achieve higher cluster returns.
