摘 要:为了对织物表面有色异纤出现的危害程度做出定量、准确的评判和分析,应用数码显微镜采集到布面的有色异纤图像,采用图像灰度化、图像增强和不同的边缘检测等处理方法,增强有色异纤图像信息,采用双阈值法进行判断。结果表明:Canny算子检测方法可以有效准确地计算出纤维的参数信息。认为:该方法可以实现织物有色异纤的快速检测。In order to quantificationally and accurately judge and analyze the harmful level of the color foreign fiber on the fabric surface,digital microscope was applied to collect the color foreign fiber image on the fabric surface.The image information of the color foreign fibers was enhanced by adopting the treat methods like image gray processing,image enhancement and different edge detection and so on.Dual-threshold method was used for judgement.The results showed that Canny operator detection method could efficiently and accurately calculate the parameter information of the fibers.It is considered that the method can realize rapid detection of color foreign fiber on the fabric surface.
