摘  要:利用高效液相色谱-四级杆飞行时间质谱联用(LC-QTOF)技术,主要分析尾水中的亲水性、难挥发性成分。将尾水样品经过简单的膜过滤处理,共解析出尾水样品中的65种成分。尾水中首次检出缬氨酸乙酯、亮氨酸乙酯、苯丙氨酸乙酯等氨基酸酯类化合物,同时检出具有生物活性的γ-氨基丁酸、环(脯氨酸-亮氨酸)、环(脯氨酸-苯丙氨酸)、四甲基吡嗪、阿魏酸等化合物,为尾水的应用价值提供了理论依据。Using the high performance liquid chromatography-quaternary time mass spectrometry(LC-QTOF)technology,we analyzed the hydrophilic and non-volatile components in tail water.The sample was treated by simple membrane filtration,and a total of 65 components were determined.Amino acid esters such as valine ethyl ester,leucine ethyl ester and phenylalanine ethyl ester were detected in tail water for the first time.Some bioactive compounds,such as gaba,cyclo(Pro-Leu),cyclo(Pro-Phe),tetramethylpyrazine and ferulic acid were also detected.This study has provided theoretical basis for the application of tail water.
