摘　　要：机构知识库能够提供成果管理、统计分析的功能,在学科服务中能够发挥一定的支撑作用。从人才服务、科研成果管理以及学科分析3个角度探讨了机构知识库中学科化信息服务的功能,探讨了现有机构知识库的建设现状与学科化信息服务的实践,提出了可行的应用建议。Institutional repository,which can provide the functions of achievements management and statistical analy⁃sis,plays a supporting role in subject services.This paper discusses the functions of the institutional repository in subjectoriented information service from three aspects of the talent service,scientific research achievements management and sub⁃ject analysis,probes into the construction status of existing institutional repositories and the practice of the subject-orient⁃ed information service,and puts forward some feasible application suggestions.
