摘 要:在目前竞争激烈的社会形势下,如何培养适应现代社会发展,具备一定科研创新能力的人才,对高等院校人才培养提出了新的挑战。科研与教学是当代高等院校缺一不可的核心职能,但二者在实践中又存在对立矛盾。不论对教师还是学生,科研与教学的有机统一并非无迹可寻。本文基于“科研反哺教学”的视角,深度分析了科研与教学之间相互促进的关系,同时提出了相关实践策略,以期建立系统的、体系化的科研反哺教学策略。Nowadays,social competition is increasing fierce.It’s a new challenge for university personnel training’s system to cultivate person who can adapt to the development of modern society and possess capabilities for scientific research and innovation.Scientific research and teaching are both essential core functions of contemporary universities,even though they’re opposite during practicing.No matter as teachers or students,there is not necessarily no trace of the organic unification of scientific research and teaching.Based on the perspective of“scientific research nurturing teaching”,this article deeply analyzes the mutual promotion relationship between research and teaching,and proposes relevant practical strategies in order to establish a systematic strategy combine research and teaching.
