摘  要:就中国高等师范教育七十年的发展,首都师范大学师生对北京师范大学原副校长王英杰进行了深入访谈。王英杰畅谈了历史,且对师范性与学术性、师范大学综合化、师范生素质等问题提出独到见解。他认为师范性与学术性理论上是个伪问题,但在政策和实践上却是始终未解决的真命题;师范大学综合化是不可避免的,但培养优秀的教师始终是师范大学责无旁贷的第一职责;师范生素质应是学科素养和教育素养的有机结合,学科素养应强调对学科专业最前沿的了解,教育素养应强调真正的爱学生和教师职业,新的学生观。未来,师范院校要有自信办好一流的教师教育,做到两个“加把油”、三个“有信心”,在国家政策和社会大的文化氛围支持下真正地做到最好,培养真正的人民教师。Professor Yingjie Wang,a leading figure in comparative education and former vice-president of Beijing Normal University,was interviewed about the development of China’s higher normal education in the past 70 years.Professor Wang Yingjie not only talked about the history,but also put forward unique opinions on the issues of normality and scholarship,the integration of normal universities, the quality of normal students and so on.He thinks that the relationship of normality and scholarship is a pseudoproblem in theory,but an unsolved real proposition in policy and practice.The integration of a normal university is inevitable,but the cultivation of excellent teachers is always the first duty of the normal university.The quality of normal students should be a combination of discipline literacy and education literacy.Discipline literacy should emphasize the understanding of most cutting-edge of discipline,educational literacy should emphasize the true love towards students and the teaching profession,and a new view about students.In the future,normal universities should have the confidence to run first-class teacher education.Cultivating the real teachers of people is through the normal universities’ two types of "work harder" and three kinds of "confidence",which is supported by national policies and social-cultural atmosphere.
