摘 要:目的:调查在新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情影响下,手机使用、信息接收情况对公众睡眠的影响,以期为公共卫生事件信息发布以及手机使用指导提供参考。方法:本次调查为开放式横断面调查。选取自2020年1月31日至2月10日期间,通过问卷星自编问卷面向所有人群在线填报。问卷内容包括一般人口学资料、是否防控一线、手机使用时间、接收信息有无增加、疫情相关信息占比以及睡眠变化情况等。采用描述性统计及卡方检验分析。结果:共收集有效数据624人份。其中497人(79.65%)报道了手机使用时间有增加,554人(88.78%)的人群报道了收到的疫情相关信息有增加。报道睡眠变化者101人(16.19%),其中睡眠时间减少76人,睡眠时间增加25人。卡方检验显示手机使用时间增加、手机接收信息量增加以及疫情相关信息占比与睡眠变化相关(P<0.05)。结论:在新型冠状病毒疫情发生后,人群手机使用时间、手机接收到的信息量、疫情相关信息的接收都有明显增加,且对部分人群中的睡眠造成了影响,应当予以关注和适当的干预。Objective:To investigate the impact of mobile phone use and information reception on the sleep of the public under the influence of the COVID-19 epidemic,with a view to provid reference for public health event information release and public behavior guidance.Method:From January 31st,2020 to February 10th,2020,a self-made questionnaire was released online.The questionnaire included the following aspects:the general demographic information,whether the participant was in the front line or not,the time of mobile phone usage,whether they had received more information and the proportion of epidemic-related information,and changes in sleep.Descriptive statistical analysis was conducted on demographic factors of the survey samples.And the correlation between sleep changes and other factors mentioned above was analyzed by chi-square test.Results:By February 10th,2020,a total of 624 questionares had been collected.497(79.65%)people reported a significant increase in mobile phone use and 554(88.78%)people reported increased COVID-19-related information.101 people reported changes in sleep(16.19%),of which 76 people had reduced sleep and 25 people reported increased sleep.The chi-square test showed that the increase in mobile phone usage,the increase in the amount of information received by mobile phones,and the proportion of epidemic-related information were related to changes in sleep(P<0.05).Conclusion:After the outbreak of the COVID-19 epidemic,the use of cell phones and the reception of epidemic-related information in the population have increased significantly,and it has affected sleep in some populations,which should be given attention and appropriate intervention.
