摘  要:利用浓相气力输送系统向包装工段输送盐品时,不可避免会造成一定程度的破碎,由此产生的粉盐对后续加碘以及抗结剂工序产生很大影响,极易造成添加剂添加不均匀从而影响盐品质量,因此粉盐的处理至关重要。在盐行业中,通常采用布袋除尘器和湿式除尘器处理粉盐,于是提出了两种处理粉盐工艺,并根据现场实际情况进行对比分析,对气力输送后续粉盐处理有一定的指导意义。When using dense phase pneumatic conveying system to transport salt products to the packaging section,it will inevitably result in a certain degree of fragmentation.The resulting powder salt will have a great impact on the subsequent iodization and anti caking agent processes,and it is very easy to cause the uneven addition of additives.It will affect the quality of salt products.Therefore,the treatment of powder salt is very important.In the salt industry,bag filter and wet filter are usually used to treat the powder salt,so two kinds of powder salt treatment processes are put forward,and comparative analysis is carried out according to the actual situation on site,which has certain guiding significance for the follow-up powder salt treatment of pneumatic conveying.
