摘  要:考虑到液压活套控制系统的性能衰退会影响热连轧生产过程的产品质量和生产效率,提出了面向系统性能修复的液压活套系统的故障检测与容错控制方法。首先,基于液压活套系统的模型,利用贝尔曼方程给出了基于观测器的系统性能衰退的预测指标。其次,基于该性能衰退预测指标,提出了面向性能的液压活套系统的故障检测方法。再次,利用故障检测系统提供的信息,研究了面向系统性能修复的液压活套系统的容错控制方法,该容错控制方法不仅可以在不改变现有控制器的前提下对系统性能进行修复,而且可以提高液压活套系统的鲁棒性和容错裕度。最后,通过某热钢生产线的液压活套模型验证了所提出的故障检测与容错控制方法的有效性。Considering that the performance degradation of the hydraulic looper control system would influent the production quality and efficiency in hot strip mill processes,system performance recovery oriented fault detection and fault-tolerant control schemes for hydraulic looper systems was proposed.The process model for a hydraulic looper system was established firstly,and an observer-based system performance degradation prediction index was constructed based on the Bellman equation.Then,a performance-based fault detection scheme was developed for the hydraulic looper system using the information provided by the performance degradation prediction index.Based on the information provided by the fault detection system,a system performance recovery oriented fault-tolerant control scheme was investigated for the hydraulic looper system.This fault-tolerant control scheme can recover the system performance degradation without changing the existing controller,and meanwhile enhance the robustness and fault-tolerant margin of the hydraulic looper systems.Finally,the proposed methods of fault detection and fault-tolerant control were validated by the simulation on a hydraulic looper model of a hot strip production line.
