心身性皮肤病医生继续教育培训的调查与分析

摘　　要：目的:了解不同地区、不同教育背景、不同执业机构的皮肤科医生接受心身性皮肤病相关培训的经历及兴趣程度,为进一步开展国内心身性皮肤病的继续教育工作提供依据。方法:于2019年10月至11月利用问卷网设计问卷,通过全国及各省市皮肤病学专业协会架构下的皮肤科微信群发送链接进行在线调查。结果:收到反馈1047份,其中来自三级医院的问卷656份,二级医院的307份,一级医院84份;21.87%的受访者接受过1次及以上的心身医学相关培训,从未接受过心身医学培训的占78.13%;对心身性皮肤病继续教育培训感兴趣的受访者达到84.53%,12.89%的受访者表示说不好,只有2.58%的受访者明确表示不感兴趣。结论:我国皮肤科医生对心身性皮肤病的培训非常感兴趣,但接受过培训的比例仍然较低。皮肤病相关的情绪障碍及人工皮炎、寄生虫妄想症以及拔毛癖是最受欢迎的题目,针对不同级别医院及不同学历的皮肤科执业医生应开展多种层次的心身性皮肤病继续教育项目。Objective:To analyze the experience and interest of dermatologists who were came from different regions with different educational backgrounds and different practice institutions towards attending continuing medical education of psychodermatology.To provide a basis for the further education of psychodermatology in China.Methods:From October 2019 to November 2019,an online survey was sent through the dermatology WeChat group under the framework of the National and Provincial Dermatological Associations.Results:1047 feedbacks were received,of which:656 questionnaires from tertiary hospitals,307 from second-tier hospitals,and 84 from first-tier hospitals;21.87%of dermatologists received more than once psychodermatology training and 78.13%never received any training course.84.53%of the respondents had interest with psychodermatology continuing medical education,12.89%of the respondents expressed that they didn't know and only 2.58%of the respondents had no interests in attending the course.Conclusion:Dermatologists has highly interested in the training course of psychodermatology.The proportion of trained dermatologist is still very low.Emotional disorders related to skin diseases and artificial dermatitis,delusion of parasitosis,and trichotillomania are the most popular topics.Multiple levels of psychodermatology continuing medical education programs should be carried out for the dermatologists from different hospitals and education background.
