摘  要:系统、科学、合理的法治教育目标定位,直接决定着法治教育目标能否实现;精准、恰当、鲜活的法治教育内容安排,直接关系到法治教育目标定位的实现程度。本文从高职院校法治教育的目标定位与内容安排方面进行分析,提出在目标定位上,要突出高职特点、符合法学教育规律、以纲领性文件为基础;在内容安排上,要考虑不同学段、不同类型、教育目的和教育性质等问题。这样,以利于更好提升高职院校法治教育效果,同时对青少年法治教育工作有些许借鉴。The systematic,scientific and reasonable target orientation of legal education directly determines whether the goal of legal education can be realized;the accurate,appropriate and vivid arrangement of legal education content directly relates to the realization degree of the goal orientation of legal education.This paper analyzes the goal orientation and content arrangement of the legal education in higher vocational colleges,and points out that on the goal orientation,we should highlight the characteristics of higher vocational education,conform to the rule of law education,and take programmatic documents as the basis;on the content arrangement,we should consider the problems of different periods,different types,educational purposes and educational nature.In order to better improve the effect of legal education in higher vocational colleges,at the same time,which has some reference for the youth legal education.
