摘  要:基于对年轻的辅导员其自我角色进行定位性分析。通过对辅导员的角色进行阐述,包括政治思想引导者角色、道德行为示范者角色、心理疏导者角色,分析年轻的辅导员面临的问题。为更好能实现对自我的定位完善,给出学习专业理论、增强奉献精神、提升心理素养等措施,以期成为高职院校中最优秀的辅导员。This paper is based on the analysis of young counselors’ self-orientation.First,the role of counselors is elaborated,including the role of political and ideological guide,moral behavior demonstrator and psychological counselor.Then,the problems faced by young counselors are analyzed.Finally,in order to better realize their self-orientation,measures such as learning professional theories,enhancing dedication and improving psychological quality are given in order to cultivate the most qualified counselors of higher vocational colleges.
