摘　　要：2013年,习近平总书记在湘西贫困地区视察时首次提出了精准扶贫的概念,十九届四中全会指出坚决打赢脱贫攻坚战,巩固脱贫攻坚成果,建立解决相对贫困的长效机制。高校精准扶贫必须将重点放在“志智双扶”和激发贫困地区内生动力上。成都职业技术学院在驻村帮扶中探索出“教育+N”精准扶贫模式。In 2013,General Secretary Xi Jin-ping put forward the concept of"precision poverty alleviation"for the first time in the process of inspection in poor western areas of Hunan.The Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee pointed out that"we should resolutely win the battle of poverty alleviation,consolidate the achievements of poverty alleviation,and establish a long-term mechanism to solve relative poverty".The targeted poverty alleviation efforts of colleges and universities must focus on the"double support of ambition and wisdom"and stimulating the internal drive of the poor areas.Chengdu Polytechnic has explored the targeted poverty alleviation model of"education+N"in the village assisted by it.
