摘 要:新工科建设背景下,人才培养机制的优化和改革对于提高人才培养质量具有重要意义。以青岛大学自动化专业为例,分析传统自动化专业人才培养机制的不足和局限,结合新时代、新产业以及地方经济发展对自动化专业人才的要求,提出了新工科背景下自动化专业人才培养机制的优化和改革措施。通过重新定位自动化专业方向、优化课程体系和教学方法、提高师资质量、加强学生综合能力培养等一系列改革措施,培养当前产业和行业急需的卓越工程技术人才。Under the construction and development of"emergingnew engineering",the optimization and reform of talent training mechanism is of great significance to the improvement of talent training quality.Taking the automation major of Qingdao University as an example,it analyzes the shortcomings and limitations of the traditional automation professional talent training mechanism,combines the requirements of the new era,new industry and local economic development on automation professional talents,and proposes the optimization and reform measures of automation professional talent training mechanism under the background of"emerging engineering".Through a series of reform measures such as repositioning the direction of automation,optimizing the curriculum system and teaching methods,improving the quality of teachers,and strengthening the cultivation of students'comprehensive ability,the outstanding engineering and technical talents in current industries are cultivated.
