经济新常态下高职院校创新创业人才培养体系的构建

摘　　要：我国经济发展进入新常态,经济增长动力从“要素驱动”“投资驱动”转向“创新驱动”,高职院校应该进一步深化产教融合,构建“双创型”人才培养模式,为国家经济转型培养创新创业人才。文章在文献阅读和实地调研的基础上,构建了六位一体的创新创业教育体系,旨在为创新创业人才的培养提供理论指导。China's economic development has entered a new normal.The driving force of economic growth has shifted from"factor-driven","investment-driven"to"innovation-driven".Higher vocational colleges should further deepen the integration of production and education,build an entrepreneurship and innovation talent training model,and cultivate innovative and entrepreneurial talents for the country's economic transformation.On the basis of literature reading and on-the-spot investigation,a"six in one"innovation and entrepreneurship education system has been established,aiming to provide theoretical guidance for the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents.
