摘  要:扩招对高职院校的人才培养工作提出了更高的要求,教学团队是制约扩招人才培养质量的关键因素。针对当前教师结构缺乏多元性、教学缺乏实践性、校企双向流动不顺、管理机制仍不健全等弊端,通过加强师德师风建设,明确骨干教师教学和实践评价指标,促进行业企业优秀人员和校内教师挂职交流,发挥团队优势,形成有效的激励与管理机制,保障教学团队的可持续发展,提高教学质量,适应高职扩招对人才培养工作的需求,为扩招背景下高职院校的教学团队建设提供实践参考。The expansion of enrollment has put forward higher requirements for talent training in higher vocational colleges.Teaching team is the key factor restricting the quality of talent training.In view of the problems such as the lack of diversity in the structure of teachers,the lack of practicality in teaching,and unsound management mechanism,through strengthening the construction of teachers'ethics and working style,it is proposed to define the teaching and practice evaluation indicators of backbone teachers,promote the exchange of outstanding personnel in industry and enterprises and teachers in schools,give play to team advantages,form an effective incentive and management mechanism,ensure the sustainable development of the teaching team and improve the teaching quality,in order to meet the needs of enrollment expansion for talent training in higher vocational colleges,which can provide practical reference for the construction of teaching team in higher vocational colleges under the background of enrollment expansion.
