摘 要:旋流泵因无阻塞特性好而成为清淤工程中广泛使用的设备之一。因其结构特性导致输出流体的流速不稳定,影响管道输送效率。为了实时测量并维持泥浆流速的稳定,提出采用模糊PID算法对调速系统进行控制。以现有旋流泵输送实验平台为对象,使用Z-N法和模糊控制法整定PID参数;通过试验仿真验证2种控制器的性能,所提方法能使泥浆流速保持稳定,保证管道输送效率。在此基于上设计基于C#的监控平台,实现实验平台的数据采集、开闭环控制等功能。Cyclone pump has become one of the widely used equipment in dredging engineering due to its good non-blocking characteristics.Due to its structural characteristics,the flow rate of output fluid is not easy to be stable,which affects the efficiency of pipeline transportation.In order to real time measure and maintain the stability of the mud flow rate,a fuzzy PID algorithm is proposed to control the speed regulation system.Taking the existing experimental platform of cyclone pump as the object,the Z-N method and fuzzy control method are used to set the PID parameters.The performance of the two controllers was verified by experimental simulation,the proposed method can keep the mud flow rate stable,ensure the pipe conveying efficiency.On this basis,the monitoring platform based on C#is designed to realize the data acquisition and open closed-loop control functions of the experimental platform.
