摘 要:我国长期以来学校教育及临床教学注重护生理论知识及操作技能,忽视困难情景沟通能力的培养,导致护生进入临床实习,无法随着情境变化与患者沟通交流,护生在实习中遇到的沟通障碍,使护生产生恐惧心理,对职业产生厌恶情绪,降低服务质量,影响护患关系,使护理工作无法正常进行。本文从护生困难情景沟通能力的现状、影响因素、干预方法方面进行综述,为临床教学中提高护生的困难情境沟通能力提供参考。For a long time,school education and clinical teaching in China have focused on the theoretical knowledge and operational skills of nursing students,and ignored the cultivation of communication skills in difficult situations.As a result,nursing students have entered clinical practice and cannot communicate with patients as the situation changes.Barriers to communication cause fear among nursing students,aversion to occupation,reduce service quality,affect the relationship between nurses and patients,and prevent nursing work from proceeding properly.This article summarizes the status quo,influencing factors,and intervention methods of nursing students'difficult situational communication ability,and provides reference for improving nursing students'difficulty situation communication ability in clinical teaching.
