摘　　要：新媒体为高职学生就业带来了新的考验和挑战,由此产生的大学生心理问题亟待社会各界高度重视。通过剖析当前高职学生就业心理问题的表现形式,深入研究新媒体时代背景下高职学生就业心理问题成因,从政府、高职院校、学生三个视角探讨解决就业心理问题的具体途径,为解决高职学生求职过程中遇到的心理问题提供有效参考。The new media has brought new tests and challenges to the employment of higher vocational college students,and the psychological problems that result there from need to be paid great attention by all walks of life・Firstly,this article analyzes the forms of employment psychological problems of higher vocational college students,and then deeply studies the causes of employment psychological problems of vocational college students under the background of the new media era.At last,it discusses the specific ways to solve the employment psychological problems from the perspectives of the government,vocational colleges and students themselves.All these researches are about to provide effective reference and guidance for vocational students,to help them solve the psychological problems they may encounter in the process of job hunting.
