摘  要:目的:基于患者角度探讨床边教学法(Bedside teaching,BST)的实施,制定有效对策。方法:采用问卷调查法,选取2019年7月-2019年11月在石河子大学医学院第一附属医院产科住院患者为研究对象,在出院当天随机选取参与BST与拒绝BST的患者,调查其参与和拒绝的原因,各完成150例。结果:患者拒绝参与BST原因前三位依次为:担心隐私会被暴露(91.33%);感觉自己像试验品(90.00%);感觉没有得到尊重(70.00%);患者参与BST的原因前三位依次为:能为医学生带来帮助很开心(96.67%);学生和医生都很好,很可爱(93.33%);带教医生和学生动作自然有礼貌(90.00%)。结论:BST改革过程中需要加强医学生对患者隐私的保护意识,提高医学生沟通能力,使患者在接触过程中感到被尊重、被需要。Objective:To explore the bedside teaching method(BST)from the perspective of patients,and to formulate effective protective measures.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted among the hospitalized patients in the obstetrics department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Shihezi University School of Medicine from July 2019 to November 2019.Patients who participated in BST and rejected BST were randomly selected on the day of discharge,and the reasons for participation and rejection were investigated respectively.150 cases were completed respectively.Results:The top 3 reasons for patients’refusal to participate in BST were:fear of privacy exposure(91.33%);Feel like a guinea pig(90.00%);Not feeling respected(70.00%);The top 3 reasons for patients to participate in BST were:happy to help medical students(96.67%);The students and doctors are very nice and cute(93.33%);Teach doctors and students to act naturally and politely(90.00%).Conclusions:BST reform needs to strengthen medical students’awareness of patient privacy protection,improve medical students’communication skills,and make patients feel respected and needed in the process of contact.
