摘　　要：介绍吴中朝教授运用五味理论临证的诊疗模式。名老中医经验的鲜活性,在于中医经典理论与临证经验的相得益彰。中药药性理论是指导临床治疗的一个方面,本文从酸味中药临床应用的角度,总结临证诊疗模式,探索名老中医经验及其继承的思路与方法。Professor WU Zhongchao′s clinical diagnosis and treatment mode based on the theory of five flavors is introduced.The vitality of famous traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)practitioners′experience lies in the complementarity of the classic Chinese medicine theory and clinical experience.The theory of Chinese medicine′s property is an aspect of guiding clinical treatment.This paper summarizes the clinical diagnosis and treatment mode from the perspective of the clinical application of sour medicines,in order to explore the experience of famous TCM practitioners and inherit their ideas and methods.
