摘 要:社会支持分为实际社会支持和领悟社会支持,它们是两种不同的心理结构。领悟社会支持是对获得帮助的内在信念,对于个体心理和行为具有更显著的预测效应。鉴于此,为探讨领悟社会支持在青少年应对学校突发事件时的作用机制,选取领悟社会支持量表、创伤影响量表和自编的学校突发事件量表,对760名青少年进行问卷调查。结果显示:领悟社会支持在青少年面临突发事件时具有部分中介作用,对创伤影响的侵扰、唤醒、逃避乃至整体创伤体验均具有部分中介作用,这表明青少年在面对外在压力事件时,较好的领悟社会支持具有缓冲作用,有助于降低学校突发事件对青少年身心的负面影响,帮助青少年快速地克服当前压力。因此,提升和培养青少年领悟社会支持可以增强青少年应对突发事件的能力。Social support can be divided into actual social support and perceived social support.The empirical research shows that they are two different psychological structures.Perceived social support is the intrinsic belief to get help,and has a more significant predictive effect on individual psychology and behavior.In order to explore the mechanism of perceived social support in coping with school emergencies,760 teenagers are surveyed by using perceived social support scale,traumatic event impact scale and self-compiled school emergencies scale.The results show that perceived social support has a partial mediating effect in the face of emergencies,and it has a partial mediating effect in all dimensions and total scores of intrusion,arousal and avoidance in the traumatic influence.It shows that perceived social support has a buffer and protection mechanism in the face of external stressful events,which is helpful to reduce the negative impact of school emergencies on teenagers’body and mind,and help them quickly overcome the current stressful events.Therefore,the improvement of teenagers’ability to cope with emergencies can be started from the improvement and cultivation of teenagers’understanding of social support.
