摘  要:职业教育的属性决定其在人才培养上选择产教融合的办学模式。随着我国政治经济体制改革的不断演进,职业教育产教融合的制度与政策设计随之变迁,其变迁的路径和目标一直围绕如何更好地实施产教融合。同时与德国产教融合的“双元制”比较,围绕职业教育跨界性要求,推动职业教育产教融合制度进一步演进,增强行业企业积极参与产教融合的内生动力,构建职业教育共建共治共享多元的利益共同体。the nature of vocational education decides that talent cultivation chose the pattern of integration of production and education.With the continuous evolution of our country’s political and economic system reform,the system and policy design of vocational education integration of industry and education have changed accordingly,but the path and goal of its changes have always been around how to implement integration of industry and education more effectively.Meanwhile,in comparison with German dual system of the integration of production and education,centering around transboundary requirements of vocational education,promoting the further evolution of the vocational education industry and education integration system,strengthening endogenous power of industry and enterprises active involvement in the integration of production and education,constructing vocational education,co-construction,co-governance,and shared diversified interest community.
