摘  要:教师培训是促进教师队伍建设的重要手段,创新培训方式是提升教师培训质量的有效途径。在国家提出培训“提质增效”的背景下,本文以成人转化学习理论为指导,通过实证研究,反思并分析了当前教师培训方式存在的问题,构建了教师培训项目的整体运行模式,提出了综合使用任务驱动式、合作式、比较式、混合式的培训方式改进策略,以促进培训成果的转化应用,提升培训的实效性。Teacher training is an important means to promote the construction of teaching staff,and the innovation of training methods is an effective way to improve the quality of teacher training.Under the background of“improving the quality and enhancing the efficiency”of the training proposed by the state,this paper takes the adult transformative learning theory as the guidance,and through empirical research,reflects on and analyzes the problems existing in the current teacher training methods.This paper constructs the overall operation mode of the teacher training project,and proposes the improvement strategy of the comprehensive use of task-driven,cooperative,comparative and hybrid training methods,so as to promote the transformation and application of training results and improve the effectiveness of training.
