摘　　要：新工科建设背景下,地方应用型本科高校特色发展,要通过准确定位、服务抢位,找准自身地方经济社会发展中角色地位,在此基础上,面向区域、对接产业,凝练出自身的发展特色。在特色化发展路径选择上,要按照市场化战略,注重调整学科专业结构、专业课程结构、培养类型结构,优化人才培养体系、教学管理体系、质量监控体系,以提升专业内涵,完成对传统工科专业的改造升级。In the background of the construction of the New Engineering,local application-oriented universities should achieve their characteristic development through target positioning and service competition so as to find their role in the local economic and social development and associate themselves with the local industries.The approaches to the characteristic development include adjusting the disciplinary structure,curriculum and types of trainees and optimizing the talent training system,teaching management system and quality monitoring system in order to upgrade the traditional engineering programs.
