摘  要:在教育城镇化背景下,农村教育日益脱离农村儿童经验、本地自然生态和社区文化实际,切断了学校课堂与农村社区的联系。实施与一方水土相联系的在地化教育是农村教育实现现代化转型的可行路径,农村学校校长的在地化教育领导力在这一过程中发挥了重要作用,具有推进农村教育现代化、培育"地球中心"领导力、打造全球社会有根人的时代价值。农村学校校长践行在地化教育领导力应遵循形塑自身在地化教育哲学信念、提升教职员工和社区成员在地化教育理念认同、创新农村学校实施在地化教育路径方法、实现农村学生核心素养发展和情感态度认同的实践逻辑。In the background of urbanization in education,rural education is increasingly divorced from rural children’s experience,local ecology and community culture,breaking off the connection between classrooms and the rural community. Place-based education serves as a feasible approach to promoting the modernization of rural education. Rural principals play an important role in this process by advancing the modernization of rural education,cultivating the "Earth-centric" leadership,and training people with local roots in the global society. To practice the leadership in place-based education,rural principals must follow the philosophical belief in place-based education,helping the teaching staff and community members to accept the idea of place-based education,creating new methods of conducting place-based education in rural schools,and developing rural students’ key competences and their emotional acceptance of place-based education.
