应用型本科英语专业“三全”导学体系的探究

摘　　要：学生学习主动性的个体差异性是高等教育的一大挑战。如何激发学生主动学习的意识,培养学生的核心素养,促进学生的全面发展,一直都是高校致力解决的问题。探索“全员、全过程、全方位”(简称“三全”)导学体系在地方高校英语专业的应用实践,通过优化人才培养方案,推行导师制,构建SLPS教学模式,搭建第二课堂实践平台,以及建立协同管理机制,满足学生多样化的学习需求,培养学生自主学习能力,进而保障应用型本科英语专业人才的培养质量。Individual differences in students’learning initiative is a big challenge of high education.How to stimulate students’active learning consciousness,cultivate students’core qualities and promote their all-round development has always been a task that colleges and universities are committed to.This study explores the application of the“all-member,all-stage and all-round”(the three alls)learning guidance system in English majors of local colleges.By optimizing the talent training program,carrying out tutorial system,constructing SLPS teaching mode,building the second classroom practice platform and establishing collaborative management mechanism,the system satisfies students’personal learning needs and develops students’autonomous learning ability,thus ensuring talent training quality of English majors in application-oriented undergraduate institutions.
