摘  要:分析目前职业院校校内实训基地共享建设中存在的问题。以无锡卫生高等职业技术学校健康管理实训基地为例,提出建立校内实训基地共享体系,以达到实训资源最大利用率、成本最低化、效果最优化,同时在共享实训基地过程中提升教师教学能力;发挥实训基地教学、科研、培训、服务等功能。This paper analyzes the problems existing in the sharing construction of training bases in vocational colleges.Taking the health management training base of Wuxi Higher Health Vocational Technology School as an example,this paper proposes to establish the sharing system of the training base in order to maximize the utilization of training resources,minimize the cost and optimize the effect.Meanwhile,it can improve the teaching ability of teachers in the process of sharing the training base,and give full play to the functions of teaching,scientific research,training and service of the training base.
