摘  要:探讨完全远程网络食品生物化学课程教学执行链中成绩考核的方法。选取2018年入学的食品相关专业两个班进行教学实验,以超星网学习通教学平台进行名师网络视频统一授课,成绩考核环节分别采用以学习过程为主和以学习效果为主的两种成绩评价方式。结果显示,两种考核方式均可以对学习效果较差和较好人群进行鉴别,但对成绩中等学生的分辨能力上差异较大。以学习过程为主的评价方式在评价精细度方面明显低于以学习效果为主的评价方式。这说明面向学习过程的综合评价方式目前仍不能有效替代卷面考核方式。Discuss the method of performance assessment in the implementation chain of completely remote network food biochemistry course teaching.Two classes of food-related majors enrolled in 2018 are selected for teaching experiments,and the superstar network learning communication teaching platform is used to conduct unified teaching of famous teachers online video.The performance assessment link uses two performance evaluations that focus on learning process and learning effect.the way.The results show that the two assessment methods can distinguish between poor and better people,but there is a big difference in the discrimination ability of middle-achieving students.The evaluation method based on the learning process is significantly lower than the evaluation method based on the learning effect in terms of evaluation precision.This shows that the comprehensive evaluation method oriented to the learning process is still not an effective substitute for the paper assessment method.
