摘 要:目的探究CBL教学法结合标准化病人(SP)在护理外科教学中的应用分析。方法将2019年1月~2019年12月在我院护理外科实习的70名护理人员作为主要对象,采用数字随机表法分组,各35名。对照组采用传统带教,观察组采用CBL教学法结合标准化病人(SP),对比两组的教学成果。结果观察组的护理操作合格率、护理文书合格率、仪器操作合格率均明显高于对照组,差异显著;观察组实习护士的理论成绩、操作成绩、综合素质成绩、自主学习能力评分均显著高于对照组,差异显著。结论在护理外科护理教学中运用CBL教学法结合标准化病人(SP)带教可提高护理操作的合格率,同时可提升实习护士的综合能力与自主学习能力,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the application of CBL teaching method combined with standardized patient(SP)in nursing surgery teaching.Methods 70 nurses who practiced in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected as the main objects,and 35 nurses were randomly divided into groups.In the control group,the traditional teaching method was used,and in the observation group,the CBL teaching method combined with standardized patients(SP)was used to compare the teaching results of the two groups.Results The qualified rate of nursing operation,nursing document and instrument operation in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,with significant difference;the scores of theory,operation,comprehensive quality and autonomous learning ability of the practical nurses in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,with significant difference.Conclusion The application of CBL teaching method combined with SP teaching in nursing surgery teaching can improve the qualified rate of nursing operation,improve the comprehensive ability and self-learning ability of practical nurses,which is worth popularizing and applying.
