摘　　要：目的研究香菇多糖对雄性Wistar大鼠酒精性肝损伤的预防保护作用。方法将雄性成年Wistar大鼠50只分为空白对照组、模型对照组、香菇多糖高、中、低剂量组共5组,每组10只,体重180~220 g。空白对照组和模型对照组蒸馏水灌胃;3个剂量组用3.00 g/kg BW香菇多糖(高剂量)、1.50 g/kg BW香菇多糖(中剂量)、0.75 g/kg BW香菇多糖(低剂量)处理;饲养30 d,将模型对照组和3个剂量组,用50%乙醇以12 ml/kg BW的剂量灌胃造成肝损伤模型;5组大鼠末次灌胃后禁食16 h,下腔静脉采血,然后处死大鼠立即取出肝脏,进行各项指标的检测。结果香菇多糖能降低谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)和胆固醇(TC)含量(F值分别为40.094、12.665、12.799;均P<0.05),提高还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)含量(F值分别为6.515、21.250;均P<0.05),降低丙二醛(MDA)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)和一氧化氮合酶(NOS)的含量(F值分别为6.310、8.456、7.177;均P<0.05)。结论香菇多糖对雄性成年Wistar大鼠酒精性肝损伤有预防保护作用。Objective To study the protective effect of lentinan on alcoholic liver injury in male Wistar rats.Methods Male adult Wistar rats were divided into five groups:blank control group,model control group,lentinus edodes polysaccharide high,medium and low dose group,10 rats in each group,weighing 180-220 g.The blank control group and model control group were given distilled water by gavage.Lentinan(high dose),lentinan(medium dose),lentinan 0.75 g/(kg BW)and lentinan(low dose)were used in three dose groups.After feeding for 30 days,the model control group and the three dose groups were gavage with 50%ethanol at a dose of 12 ml/(kg BW)to cause liver injury model.After the last gavage,the rats were fasted for 16 h,and the inferior vena cava blood was collected.Then the rats were sacrificed and their livers were immediately taken out for the detection of various indexes.Results Lentinan could reduce ALT,AST and TC content(F values were 40.094,12.665 and 12.799,respectively).The contents of GSH and GSH-Px were increased(F values were 6.515 and 21.250,respectively)by P<0.05.The contents of MDA,TNF-and NOS were reduced(F values were 6.310,8.456 and 7.177,respectively)by P<0.05.Conclusion Lentinan has protective effect on alcoholic liver injury in male adult Wistar rats.
