摘 要:低碳铬铁冶炼过程中由于物料反应不均衡,会导致喷溅的发生,这不仅会导致设备的损坏,严重可能会导致人员的伤亡。为了降低喷溅发生率,根据所采集的不同工况炉口火焰图像进行图像预处理,同时结合专家系统分析,从而抑制喷溅的发生。通过对AOD炉正常工作和三种不正常工作状态的炉口火焰进行检测、预处理、特征提取等技术分析,实现专家系统模糊控制技术,并对不同图像灰度值分别进行氧气、氮气、氧枪高度、泡沫抑制剂的控制,使AOD炉控制在正常冶炼的范围内,从而达到冶炼过程中喷溅抑制的自动控制。Unbalanced material reaction during the smelting process of low carbon chromium⁃iron may lead to splashing,which will cause not only damage to the equipment,but also casualties.Therefore,image pre⁃processing is implemented according to the collected flame images at furnace mouths for different working conditions to reduce the incidence of splashing.In addition,expert system analysis is adopted to suppress the occurrence of splashing.The expert system fuzzy control technology is realized by technical analysis,including the detection,pretreatment and feature extraction of the flames at furnace mouths in the normal operation and three abnormal working conditions of AOD(argon oxygen decarburization)furnace.Furthermore,oxygen,nitrogen,oxygen gun height and foam inhibitor should be controlled for different image gray values respectively,so as to keep the AOD furnace within the normal smelting status,and achieve the automatic control of suppressing splash during the smelting process.
